Turns out that the list maintained by Her Majesty's Treasury (HMT) under the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act of 2010 is not purely autonomous. The Council of the European Union also has a list of people subject to asset freezes and reviews it. The latest review (Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 790/2014) removed the following person – which HMT then removed from its TAFA final designations:
