Sanctions listing extended for Lynn S  Restrictive measures on the vessel, Lynn S, have been extended to 28 April 2018.  This vessel is listed under the Libya sanctions regime and is banned from loading, transporting or discharging crude oil from Libya. It is also prohibited from accessing EU ports.  The UN Security Council Committee renewed and amended restrictive measures on Lynn S on 26 January and the EU implemented this regulation on 2 February.

HMT implemented Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/166 by making the following changes:

Other Information: UN and EU listing. UN Ref LYe.005. IMO: 8706349. This designation is valid from 2 August 2017 to 29 January 2018 28 April 2018 unless terminated earlier. Flag State: Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. As of 6 October 2017 the vessel was located in the territorial waters of Lebanon when it set sail heading West.
