The Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act of 2010, or TAFA, permits Her Majesty's Treasury (HMT) to sanction an individual or entity for up to 1 year at a time by issuing a “Final Designation” for that person or organization. The Final Designation must be renewed within the year or it expires.
On Monday, HMT renewed the Final Designation of the following terrorists:
